Terms of Service

1. Service Description

$20 Website ("we", "us", "our") provides custom website design services in exchange for a one-time payment of $20 USD or more. We deliver website source files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) within 48 hours of receiving your business details and payment.

2. Payment & Donation

A payment of $20 USD (minimum) is required before work begins; you may choose to pay more. Payments are processed by Stripe and received directly by the Institute for Human Evolution (IHE), a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit, designated to its Venezuela Relief Fund: 100% of your payment. We build your website at no charge. Because you receive a website in exchange for your payment, it may not be fully tax-deductible as a charitable contribution; consult your tax advisor. All prices are in USD.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 48 hours of receiving complete business information. Delivery timelines may vary based on complexity and information completeness.

4. Ownership

Upon delivery, you own all website source files. You may modify, redistribute, or host the files however you choose. We retain no rights to your delivered website.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the result. Refund requests must be made via email and are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. After 7 days, no refunds are available.

6. Hosting

We do not provide hosting services. You are responsible for choosing and paying for your own hosting provider. We can recommend options upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid ($20 minimum). We are not responsible for any losses resulting from website downtime, hosting issues, or third-party services.
