1. Service Description
$20 Website ("we", "us", "our") provides custom website design services for a one-time fee of $20 USD. We deliver website source files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) within 48 hours of receiving your business details and payment.
2. Payment
Payment of $20 USD is required before work begins. Additional add-on services are charged separately. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.
3. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 48 hours of receiving complete business information. Delivery timelines may vary based on complexity and information completeness. Rush delivery (24h) is available as an add-on.
4. Ownership
Upon delivery, you own all website source files. You may modify, redistribute, or host the files however you choose. We retain no rights to your delivered website.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the result. Refund requests must be made via email. After 7 days, no refunds are available.
6. Hosting
We do not provide hosting services. You are responsible for choosing and paying for your own hosting provider. We can recommend options upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service ($20). We are not responsible for any losses resulting from website downtime, hosting issues, or third-party services.
